Your Pretzel Sandwich Rolls are fully baked.
1. Freeze upon arrival for optimal shelf life.
2. Defrost rolls at room temperature for 30 mins. or in your refrigerator overnight.
3. Remove all packaging and place rolls on a baking sheet.
4. Preheat conventional oven to 400˚F 1 and bake for 8-10 mins. on center oven rack.
5. Let rolls cool down for 5 minutes and enjoy.

The Brot Box ships from Indiana (IN) and Northern California (CA).
2. When do orders ship and how long does shipping take?
Orders ship Monday to Wednesday. Orders with 2- or 3-day-shipping, that are placed on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will move into the next week’s shipping window. The transit time for delivery is 1-3 days depending on customers location.
3. Which carrier is used for shipping?
We use the ground service of FedEx, OnTrac and local carriers.
4. How do orders ship?
During hot summer season orders are shipped insulated (NOT FROZEN) with ice packs and insulated liner. We provide this service to extend the freshness and be prepared for any carrier delays.
5. How to handle products upon arrival?
Products should be checked and placed in the freezer upon arrival to keep the shelf life up to 6 months, since The Brot Box products don’t contain any preservatives.

Great tasting burger bun! A bit messy, but well worth it. It’s best if you bake the bun the morning of or the day prior to burger night so it can soften a bit. The buns are soft on the inside and crusty on the outside if you use it right out of the oven.

Really delish sandwich rolls ... I am splitting and toasting them before loading them up and both my husband and I love 'em.
I’ll probably like the bread when I cook it but you know what or bake it but you know what I’m not liking that it’s flat since I have to use it for sandwiches
Stayed all day at home so that I would hear when he came to the front door and take it in immediately because of the weather which is what happened. He bounce it on the front door. I just want to get it. The problem is the box was quite soggy because it was completely defrosted the ice and all the bread every single piece. It was still a little wet and cool to touch so I hope it’s OK but the bottom line is most of the bread is flattened because it is defrosted and it was weighing on top of each other so now I have a lot of flat sourdough bread. I just thought I’d bring it to your attention because I love your bread but it’s a little disappointing to spend the money and have flatbread. I was hoping to use some of this bread for sandwiches like the pretzel rolls.
Multi - use from breakfast to lunch and even for pretzel bread pudding! Always good.
Of everything I ordered this was the best. I made sandwiches using them and they were beyond awesome! Will order those again very soon.
