Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If a product you purchased from The Brot Box is delivered to you in a damaged or spoiled condition, we provide you a full refund for the damaged item.

We may require photographic documentation of the damaged product at the day of arrival. Please contact us at hello@thebrotbox.com.

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please contact us at hello@thebrotbox.com within seven (7) calendar days of the date you received the product. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item.
