SHIPPING COSTS 

  • Flat Rate: $9.99 per order.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $89.99.
  • Gift Cards ship for free as electronic gift cards.

WHERE WE SHIP 

We deliver nationwide within the U.S., excluding overseas U.S. territories, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE & DELIVERY TIME 

  • We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure the freshest delivery.
  • Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • 2-3 day TNT orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday will be shipped the following Monday to prevent weekend delays.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are determined by the carrier and are beyond our control.
  • Please note: Most orders placed during the week of December 15th, as well as throughout the Christmas and New Year’s holiday weeks, will begin shipping starting January 5th due to shortened holiday weeks and limited carrier operations during this time.
    Beginning January 5th, shipping schedules will return to normal.

HOW WE SHIP YOUR ORDER 

To maintain freshness, all orders are packed with an insulated liner and either ice packs or dry ice, year-round.

RECEIVING & STORING YOUR BREAD 

  • Please check your order upon arrival and store products in the freezer to keep them fresh for up to 6 months.
  • Since our bread contains no preservatives, freezing is the best way to extend shelf life.
  • If there is any damage or spoilage, please email us at customers@thebrotbox.com with photos and details - our team is happy to assist you!

ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS 

  • You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it - simply email us at customers@thebrotbox.com.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned due to the perishable nature of our products.
