The Brot Box ships from Indiana (IN) and Northern California (CA).
2. When do orders ship and how long does shipping take?
Orders ship Monday to Wednesday. Orders with 2- or 3-day-shipping, that are placed on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will move into the next week’s shipping window. The transit time for delivery is 1-3 days depending on customers location.
3. Which carrier is used for shipping?
We use the ground service of FedEx, OnTrac and local carriers.
4. How do orders ship?
During hot summer season orders are shipped insulated (NOT FROZEN) with ice packs and insulated liner. We provide this service to extend the freshness and be prepared for any carrier delays.
5. How to handle products upon arrival?
Products should be checked and placed in the freezer upon arrival to keep the shelf life up to 6 months, since The Brot Box products don’t contain any preservatives.

We love the Olive Ciabattini Rolls. They are light, delicious and ready to enjoy in minutes. Also, if after baking them you have left overs, let them cool and cover them with aluminum foil, and into the regular fridge. Enjoy them again by toasting pieces or warming them up in the oven. The ciabattini will be as good as new and so delicious.
Absolutely delicious, want to have this type of The Brot Box bread everyday. Light, airy, divine taste. Another advantage with left overs, after baking it and let it cool, I wrap it up in aluminum foil, into the fridge and 3 days later into the oven for a light warming up or toasting and it is as good as new. Wonderful by itself, with butter, with olive oil, for amazing sandwiches.

Love the flavor and texture, but wish they were a bit smaller for an individual serving, with perhaps more in the bag.
The box was soaked, there was no coolant left, and the bread and other items were wet and completely thawed! Is it even safe to eat this „mess“?

I'm a German with high expectations. All the different types of bread I ordered did not disappoint. I love that it came quickly and was packed perfectly. I take a few out of the freezer, it really doesn't take 30 minutes to thaw, .maybe ten and bake in my airfryer. It tastes as fresh as if I were at the bakery in Germany. I'm sure I'll order again.
