Orders ship Monday to Wednesday. Orders with 2- or 3-day-shipping, that are placed on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will move into the next week’s shipping window. The transit time for delivery is 1-3 days depending on customers location.

We use the ground service of FedEx, OnTrac and local carriers.
4. How do orders ship?
During hot summer season orders are shipped insulated (NOT FROZEN) with ice packs and insulated liner. We provide this service to extend the freshness and be prepared for any carrier delays.

Great bread that you don’t have to feel guilty about eating. The flavor and texture are wonderful but the nutritional value is unbelievable. High protein and low net carbs never tasted so good! I like to top mine with soft boiled eggs or smoked salmon and cream for even more protein.

I'm diabetic and also experience significant inflammation and bloating from most breads, but I don't get that inflammatory response to any of the bread box breads! Better yet, every bread we've tried has been delicious. The power rolls are a workday lunch staple. I love that I can meet all of my dietary goals without having to worry about protein or fibre. My all-time favourite is the puffball po'boy that I enjoy every day when wild puffball mushrooms are in season!

As soon as my Brot Box arrived the oven was turned on to bake up a couple low carb power rolls and brotchen. They did not disappoint. I’ve not been able to get proper German breads since my local German market closed 2 yrs ago. I will be ordering regularly!
One bite of Brot Box breads and you know that you have found a truly remarkable taste experience! The texture of the crumb is so light yet delicious! It’s not weighted down by overuse of yeast or a flour conditioner. It’s made with fermented sourdough which gives the breads the right amount of moisture to flour ratio. The flours are clean, no strange aftertaste or tummy upset as in some western flours. I have had the powerhouse rolls, pretzel rolls and the Brötchen rolls so far. Each recipe brings a unique flavor experience you’ll love! I gifted the pumpkin rolls and the sourdough rye bread for two reasons. 1. Because I needed to find a gift anyway. 2. Because I wanted to pass on this culinary pleasure!! Thank you so much for making these breads available to us in the states! I have been making my own breads and rolls for decades and have enjoyed them but it pales in comparison to clean, wholesome flours of European countries such as Germany!! Prost!!

Didn’t expect this Keto Roll to be as soft as it was. It was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside and I loved it. I baked it in my air fryer. It was so easy and delicious! Highly recommend this roll if you are watching carbs.
