I have only baked the rye crust bread and just had the last piece of it for breakfast this morning. SO yummy and hearty! I have gluten intolerance with American breads......so this is a breath of fresh air -- NO problems with gluten issues with this bread! I will next bake the brotchen.....these are what I miss about German food the most! Thank you for providing the opportunity to have German bread here in the US!

I haven’t been able to eat products made with the wheat grown in the USA for several years as it caused inflammation which worsened my arthritis, as well as embarrassing flatulence. I noticed however that whenever I was in Europe, I had no problems with wheat products.
I’m happy to say I have experienced no ill effects from this bread and it is delicious. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Delicious, easy, and vegan! Directions for baking the bread at home were clear and after about 20 minutes I had bread that was better than anything I'd buy in a store. It's vegan but you can't tell the difference. Will be getting all my bread delivered from now on!

my boyfriend is German and complains bitterly he can NOT find real German bread where we live in connecticut!! so for valentines day i ordered the sample box as his gift!!! he was over the moon when he opened the box and saw GERMAN bread....and then we had the potato carrot rolls and pumpkin seed rolls for breakfast and he said the rolls where as good as any Geman bakery!!! Have only gotten thru some of the seed rolls and bread so far but I love it! Always been a fan of crusty outsides and soft insides and the seed rolls are a perfect example of that and so good. I’ve used the bottom half for my spicy chicken Benedict - so much better than an English muffin. Looking forward to getting to the other items from the box, but I already know I want more seed rolls!

I received my first Brot box within just a few days. As soon as they reached my house I baked one of the breads and a couple of rolls and put all the rest in the freezer. Every item was well packed with instructions right on the bags. The Brötchen were just as I remember them growing up in Germany, the bread was also amazing. The only thing I will change when baking my next bread is the oven temperature. The instructions say to bake at 410 degrees, I will bake it at 400 degrees for 15 minutes to ovoid an overly crisp crust. I highly recommend the Brot Box.
