I’ve looked for traditional brochen for years. Nobody we’ve ordered from had any different bread that could be picked up at a local bakery. I was pleasantly surprised when we tasted your bread, it brought back childhood memories when the bakery van would come to our apartments in Ausburg. We will certainly be ordering again.

I have been ordering these rolls numerous times, and they all have been perfect, reminding me of the ones we ate back home.
However, this last batch seems to be different, not as crispy. We even increased the baking time by one minute. The taste is perfect and has not changed, but the texture is definitely different. Someone should look into this.

We tried the Rye Crust Sourdough bread and did not like it at all. I baked both loaves , one for a gift and one for us. The bread had no flavor at all and was very dense, threw half a loaf away.
After I asked my friend about the bread I had given her she was hesitant but, did tell me they did not like it and also threw it out.
The other bread we did not like was the Oven Burli bread, also had not flavor, it was very blah. I baked one loaf, and still have one in the freezer.
Could you exchange it for a Swiss Farmers Sourdough Loaf or the Baker's Rolls "Brötchen" (5 pack)? We loved both of these and will order in the future.

The potato rolls are fantastic. The rye was suprisingly sourdough (not a plus) but still good. I'm working on the Swiss wheat bread. How do you get your crust so nice? I've started baking my own bread but can't get it as good are yours (yet - I'm still a beginner). I'm still working my way through the different breads. So far, it's very good.
