I purchased the bestseller pack for Husband for Valentines Day, and also because for the last 38yrs he has been saying "I can't find any decent bread". We have visited Germany twice to see family and he gets so excited about being able to eat "good" bread. So far, we have tried the Sourdough bread, Burli rolls and Pumpkin seed rolls (which are my favorite) and they did not disappoint. The texture, aroma and flavor is amazing. The flavor is amazing. I was a little disappointed when I followed the directions precisely, and the bread seemed to come out overdone. The loaves that I received already looked like they were fully cooked, and that was a little disappointing because after I picked up the instructions, they seemed overdone.

I havn't tried the sourdough yet. But I'm positive it will As a side note: I would recommend baking the bread a little longer , probably 25-30 min ... To make sure dough inside is totally done.......

Excited to receive this order! The sourdough loaf was excellent. The outside was nice and crusty while the inside was soft. This bread went beautifully with homemade vegetable soup. It was also yummy just to eat with some softened butter.
