These buns are light and airy on the inside and Crunchy on the outside. Perfect for burgers. Also incredible for the famous Italian sandwich with mortadella, burrata and pesto. Serve warm!

I want to eat these every day, chewy on the outside, soft on the inside - delicious. Some of the other rolls are crispy on the outside and that is also delicious but these are my favorite. I came to Brot Box because American wheat is not healthy. I bake at home with Einkorn wheat but I cannot make rolls like these so I am definitely a repeat customer.

Unfortunately when my order arrived, the burli loaf was already overcooked. The crust was dark brown to black, rather than the semi cooked white to beige. Since this was my first experience with this particular bread, I’m not sure if it is supposed to be so thoroughly cooked, but by the time it was thawed and heated through it tasted burnt.

So good! I bake the night before and the slice the rolls in half and toast the halves with butter on. We add jam and that is breakfast! Perfect!

My German sister-in-law pronounced it authentic and very good bread! We loved the experience of baking it and the quality. I recommend the box that allows you to try some of everything, because then you can choose what you want specifically in future orders. We will be ordering again, and will not go back to bread as we knew it. It is so good!

Having lived in America for six years now means that good bread, at a good price and made naturally is hard to find. Nowhere in the world has bread quite like Germany and I was thrilled when BrotBox came up in my IG feed one day. Emma Stone in the film ‘Easy A’ has a moment of pure bliss as she proclaims a “Yum” moment. If I could post a gif then this would be used to sum up how great BrotBox and this loaf is. This bread is delicious! Perfect crunchy crust with a soft, but firm, interior. I don't know how they do it but it was like taking fresh baked bread I had made myself out of the oven. We heated up the bread for breakfast and wound up eating the whole loaf. We are definitely buying this again!

Loved the bread. The packaging could improved. The box that the bread came was almost unsealed and the tape was coming off. Hope this info helps you. I will be purchanging more of your bread for sure.
