  • 2 medium eggs
  • 100 ml butter or melted coconut oil
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 g Organic Basic Muesli
  • 50-60 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 20-40 g chocolate chips
  • 20-30 g cranberries (optional).

Preparation:
